Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
If you are lucky enough to live within a 10km radius of our fulfilment centre in Derby, we are able to offer hand delivery on all purchases for a flat rate of £5 per delivery. Contact us for more information before you place your order.
UK Mainland Delivery
For deliveries throughout Mainland UK, we are able to offer Standard Delivery, Express 24 and Express 48, fulfilled by Parcelforce. Simply select your preference in the shipping section and your delivery charges will automatically update.
Please Note:
The information on this page should only be used as a guide. Delivery costs are determined by the packaging requirements and courier costs, which take into account the size and weight of your order and location of delivery. We do not make profit on our delivery charges. As a small, independent business, we are unable to offer free delivery at this time. The delivery for mainland UK customers is priced as low as possible and with as little impact to the environment as we can. All our packaging is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Our couriers and postal services are chosen with the environment in mind.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you a replacement, store credit, or refund once we receive your returned order in its original condition. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch with us immediately with evidence for our assessors to review. We will then assist you with the next steps to arrange a replacement.
